01 Purpose of the service

EdgeMarket is a market-data and measurement service operated by Yando Pte. Ltd. ("Yando", "we", "us") at edgemarket.co. The service collects publicly available market data — including from the public APIs of Polymarket, Binance, Bybit, OKX and Hyperliquid — and publishes derived statistics, rankings, alerts and a public register of its own measurements.

EdgeMarket publishes data and measurements. It is not investment advice. EdgeMarket does not execute orders, does not receive, hold or manage funds or assets, has no custody of any wallet, exchange account or private key, and accepts no discretionary mandate. Every trading decision you take, and every order you place at a venue, is yours alone. This limit is developed in the risk disclosure and it is not a formality: it defines what you are buying.

The service is sold as a measurement tool. It carries no promise of profit, and no measurement published on the site is a forecast of your own results.

Regulatory status. Yando Pte. Ltd. holds no licence and no registration as a financial adviser, a broker, an asset manager, a market operator or a betting operator, in any jurisdiction. EdgeMarket publishes market data and measurements: it gives no personalised recommendation and no investment advice, it executes no order and passes no order to anyone else, it holds, receives and transfers no client funds or assets, and it takes no bet and runs no market. The countries and territories where the service is not offered are listed under account and eligibility.

03 Acceptance of these terms

These terms form the agreement between you and Yando for your use of EdgeMarket. You accept them by creating an account, by subscribing to a paid plan, or simply by using the public parts of the site. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

If you use EdgeMarket on behalf of a company or another legal entity, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it, and "you" then means that entity.

Three related documents complete this agreement and are incorporated into it by reference: the privacy policy, the refund and cancellation policy and the risk disclosure.

04 Account and eligibility

Parts of the service are open without an account. Paid features require one.

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.
  • You must not be located in, or act on behalf of anyone located in, a country or territory under comprehensive sanctions from the United Nations, the European Union, the United States (OFAC) or Singapore. At the date of these terms that covers Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine. Those lists change: the official lists apply, not this example. Nor may you use the service from anywhere its use would be unlawful for you.
  • Opening an account requires you to tick a box confirming that both points above are true of you. The box is not pre-ticked and the account is not created without it. That is a declaration on your part, not a verification on ours: we do not check your age or your location, and we do not claim to. It establishes what you have told us.
  • Account information must be accurate and kept up to date.
  • Credentials are personal. You are responsible for everything done through your account, and you must tell us at support@edgemarket.co as soon as you suspect it has been compromised.
  • One account per person or entity. Sharing, renting, reselling or pooling access — including through a shared dashboard, a relay bot or a group feed — is a breach of these terms.

05 Plans, subscriptions and billing

EdgeMarket offers a free plan and paid subscription plans. The features and the price of each plan are the ones displayed on the pricing page at the time of your order.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe infrastructure and are never stored by us; we receive only the billing metadata needed to run the subscription. Your payment is therefore also subject to Stripe’s own terms and privacy policy. What Stripe transmits to us is listed in the privacy policy.

Paid plans are billed in advance for the whole period — monthly or annually, at your choice. Annual billing is offered at a reduced effective rate as displayed at checkout.

First-time subscribers are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee: ask within 30 days of your first payment and we refund it, no reason needed. If you are a consumer in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days. Both are set out in the refund and cancellation policy, which also gives the response times we hold ourselves to.

Taxes
Prices are shown in US dollars, tax included. The amount you see is the amount charged: nothing is added at checkout. Where a tax is due on the sale, we bear it out of that amount rather than adding it to your total.
Failed payment
If a payment fails, Stripe retries it automatically — up to four attempts over about three weeks. Your access continues during those retries, then for a further 14 days of grace. If the payment is still unsettled 30 days after the first failure, the subscription is cancelled and the account moves back to the free plan.

06 Renewal, price changes and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period, for a period of the same length, until you cancel. This is how the service stays running; it is stated here because an automatic renewal that surprises the subscriber is a failure of the contract, not a feature of it.

You may cancel at any time, with effect at the end of the period already paid for. Cancelling stops the next charge; it does not, by itself, refund the current period. What happens to your access, and the cases in which we do refund, are set out in the refund and cancellation policy.

We may change plan prices or plan contents. A change never applies to a period already paid for. When a new price affects your renewal, we tell you by email at least 30 days before it takes effect, and it applies from the following renewal only. If you do not accept a new price, cancel before that date.

07 Acceptable use

While using EdgeMarket, you agree not to:

  • use the service for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of the rules of the venues whose data we publish;
  • attempt to manipulate a market, or use the service as part of a scheme to mislead other participants;
  • present EdgeMarket output as personalised advice, as a recommendation issued by us, or as a guarantee of any result, to anyone;
  • circumvent authentication, quotas, rate limits or any other access control;
  • probe, scan, overload or attack the infrastructure, or interfere with other users’ access;
  • reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code, or any part of the systems that produce our measurements, except where that restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
  • create accounts automatically, or use false identity information;
  • upload malware, or use the service to distribute unsolicited messages.

08 Use of published data — limits, no resale, no scraping

Subject to these terms and to payment of the applicable fees, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to consult the data, statistics, rankings and alerts published by EdgeMarket, and to use them to inform your own decisions, including within your own organisation.

What that right does not cover

  • bulk extraction or systematic downloading of the content, by any means — crawler, scraper, headless browser, automated screen capture or manual equivalent;
  • access outside the documented interfaces, or beyond the rate limits attached to your plan — those limits come with your API key and are returned in the response headers of every call, so you always know where you stand;
  • redistribution, resale, sublicensing, syndication or sharing of the content with third parties, whether for a fee or free of charge;
  • reconstitution of a substantial part of our datasets, or of their structure, in a product or a database of your own;
  • building or feeding a service that competes with EdgeMarket, or a public feed, channel or dashboard that republishes our measurements;
  • using the content, or any substantial extract from it, to train, fine-tune or evaluate any automated system.

Quoting us: what you may do without asking

The register is meant to be cited. You may quote up to 200 words of our text, or reproduce one table, in an article, a blog post, a report or a presentation — including a commercial one — with no permission and no fee.

  • Attribute the figures to EdgeMarket by name.
  • Link to the page the figures come from, so a reader can check them.
  • Do not alter a figure, and give the date you took it: our numbers are revised when a source restates its own.

Beyond that allowance, the limits above apply: repeated or bulk reproduction, a derived dataset built to be redistributed, resale, exposure through someone else’s API, and automated extraction outside our official API all need our written agreement first. Ask at sales@edgemarket.co — wider licences exist, and the answer is often yes.

Upstream sources have their own rules. Our data is derived from public APIs and public on-chain records, in particular those of Polymarket, Binance, Bybit, OKX and Hyperliquid. Those venues impose their own terms on the use of their data and of anything derived from it. Complying with them, for your own use, is your responsibility.

Breach of this section is a material breach: it can lead to immediate suspension under the suspension and termination section, without prejudice to any other remedy.

09 Intellectual property

The software, the interface, the design system, the texts, the measurement methodology, the definitions of each published metric and the aggregated datasets are the property of Yando or of its licensors, and are protected by intellectual property law. The EdgeMarket name, logo and visual identity may not be used without our prior written agreement.

We claim no ownership over raw public facts — an on-chain transaction, a public order book, a price printed by a venue. What is protected is the selection, the normalisation, the structure, the measurement and the presentation we build on top of them.

If you send us feedback, ideas or bug reports, you allow us to use them to improve the service, without obligation and without compensation. You keep any rights you hold over the content you submit; you grant us only what is necessary to operate the service for you.

10 Availability, changes and third-party dependencies

We work to keep the service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, incidents and upstream failures happen. There is no service level agreement, on any plan: no uptime percentage is promised, and no service credit is owed if the site is down. The status page says the same thing — it shows the current state of each service and no availability figure, because we do not yet measure availability and will not commit to a number we have not measured. If a long outage does happen, tell us: the refund and cancellation policy handles those case by case.

EdgeMarket depends on third-party APIs that we do not control. Those APIs can be delayed, throttled, changed, restricted or discontinued without notice, and they can publish figures that are later restated. Data may therefore be incomplete, late or wrong, and a metric may be revised after publication. Where a published measurement changes, the public register is the reference.

We may add, modify or discontinue features. If we remove a material feature of a paid plan during a period you have already paid for, contact us: the refund and cancellation policy applies.

11 No warranty

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied — in particular without warranty of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, continuity, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose.

We do not warrant that any measurement, ranking, signal or alert is correct, that it will repeat, or that acting on it will produce any result whatsoever.

Nothing in this section limits the statutory rights of a consumer where the law does not allow them to be limited.

12 Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Yando is not liable for trading, investment or betting losses, for lost profits or lost opportunity, for loss of data, or for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or from any decision you take on the basis of what it publishes.

For everything else, our total liability for all claims taken together is capped at the amounts you actually paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. On the free plan, that amount is zero.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and any mandatory consumer protection that applies to you.

You agree to hold us harmless against claims by third parties arising from your use of the service in breach of these terms, in particular from a redistribution of data prohibited by the data use section. That cover is limited to what a court finally awards against us and to reasonable legal costs, and it applies only if we tell you about the claim promptly, let you take part in the defence, and do not settle without your agreement. It does not apply to you as a consumer where the law does not allow it.

13 Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access, in whole or in part, if you breach these terms, if a payment remains unpaid, if the security or the integrity of the service is at risk, or if the law requires it. Where it is practicable and lawful, we give notice first and, for a curable breach, a chance to fix it.

On termination, your right to use the service ends immediately and the licence granted in the data use section ends with it. Refunds, if any, follow the refund and cancellation policy.

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive — intellectual property, no warranty, limitation of liability, governing law — survive termination.

14 Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date shown at the top of this page is the date of the version in force, and it is the only place that date is maintained.

Material changes are announced at least 30 days before they take effect, by email to account holders and by a notice inside the product. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the new version; if you do not accept it, cancel your subscription before that date.

15 Governing law and disputes

These terms, and any dispute about them or about the service, are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute. There is no arbitration clause: a dispute we cannot settle between us goes before those courts.

Before any proceedings, please write to support@edgemarket.co: most disputes are settled faster that way. Consumers in Singapore may also use the mediation service of the Consumers Association of Singapore (CASE).

If you are a consumer in the EU, the EEA or the United Kingdom

The two paragraphs above do not take away rights you hold by law. You keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of the country where you live, including any rule that is more favourable to you than these terms. You may bring proceedings against us before the courts of that country, and we will bring any proceedings against you before them too.

You may also be able to use an approved out-of-court dispute resolution body in your own country. The European Commission’s ODR platform is not one of them: it closed in 2025.

16 Miscellaneous

  • Entire agreement: these terms and the documents they incorporate replace any earlier agreement on the same subject.
  • Severability: if a clause is held invalid, the rest stays in force.
  • No waiver: not enforcing a clause once does not waive it.
  • Assignment: you may not assign this agreement without our agreement; we may assign it as part of a reorganisation or a transfer of the business, without reducing your rights.
  • Force majeure: neither party is liable for a failure caused by an event beyond its reasonable control.
  • Notices: we contact you at the email address on your account; you contact us at support@edgemarket.co.
  • Language: this English version is the binding one. Any translation is provided for convenience; if a translation and this text differ, this text prevails.
