The product

What is EdgeMarket?

A market-intelligence product covering two areas in roughly equal measure: prediction markets on Polymarket, and crypto market structure for BTC, ETH, SOL and XRP across Binance, Bybit, OKX and Hyperliquid. Three things sit on that data — tracking of the wallets that actually move prediction markets, order-book and positioning structure on the crypto venues, and a public register where the measurements are published in full.

Is any of this financial advice?

No. EdgeMarket publishes market data and measured statistics. Nothing on this site is financial advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell anything, and no figure here is a promise about the future. Past measurement describes a window that has already closed. If you want advice, take it from someone licensed to give it where you live.

Does EdgeMarket trade for me?

No. EdgeMarket places no orders, routes nothing to any venue, executes nothing, holds no funds and takes custody of nothing. It has no execution connection to your exchange accounts or wallets, and it needs no trading permission to do what it does. Every decision and every order is yours.

Which markets and assets are covered?

Polymarket for prediction markets; BTC, ETH, SOL and XRP on Binance, Bybit, OKX and Hyperliquid for crypto. Forex and equities are out of scope. When coverage changes, it goes in the changelog rather than quietly into the copy.

Data and method

Where does the data come from?

From the venues themselves — public market data from Polymarket and from the four crypto venues, stored row by row rather than as summaries. Outcomes are resolved against the venue’s own record of how a market closed. That is why a published figure can be recomputed from sources that are not ours.

How often is the data refreshed?

It depends on the surface. The Oracle works in five-minute slots and resolves at the end of each one. Crypto market-structure series are sampled continuously and displayed with the interval they were sampled at. The register is deliberately not live: all of its figures come from one dated snapshot, because numbers read hours apart stop adding up — the timestamp is printed on the page.

What is the public register?

The page where the measurements are published in full: the headline hit rate, the share of slots whose outcome could never be retrieved, the decomposition showing what actually drives the number, and the complete price-by-outcome table — including the bands where the market is right and the signal is not. It exists so that nothing has to be taken on trust.

Read the public register

Why is the hit rate not a forecasting accuracy?

Because for most slots the stored direction is not a forecast. A direction is written early in the slot; a second process then re-reads the market price and, once it has moved far enough, overwrites the stored direction with the direction of that move. So the rate measures persistence — a five-minute market that has already moved usually finishes on the same side. The register says this on the page, next to the number, not in a footnote.

Can I check the numbers myself?

Yes, and that is the point of publishing them this way. Each slot is one row: the asset, the five-minute window, the direction stored, the market price read 180 seconds in, and how it resolved. Closing prices come from the venue’s own API, so the arithmetic can be redone by someone who does not trust us. If you redo it and get something different, write to us.

Access and billing

What does it cost?

There is a free tier that includes the public register and the full calibration table, and paid tiers above it. Current prices live on the pricing section of the home page rather than being repeated here, so there is only one place for them to be wrong.

How do I cancel, and do you refund?

Write to sales@edgemarket.co or support@edgemarket.co from the address on the account and the subscription is cancelled. The billing and refund terms that apply are the ones in the Terms — we would rather send you to the document that binds us than paraphrase it loosely here. If you were charged something that looks wrong, send the date and the amount and it gets looked at.

Is there an API?

API access belongs to the top tier described in the pricing section, and the status page lists it as a service so its state is visible. Until it answers requests, this page is not going to document endpoints that do not exist yet.

Privacy

What do you do with my personal data?

The privacy policy is the document that governs it, and it is the one to read. What can be said plainly here: the public register contains no personal data — it is a table of market outcomes — and what you type into the contact form is used to answer you.

Read the privacy policy

Do you sell data about me?

That commitment belongs in the privacy policy, where it binds us, rather than in an FAQ where it is only a sentence. What this page can state: the data EdgeMarket publishes and sells access to is market data — prices, flows, outcomes — not information about the people reading the site.

Reliability

Do you publish an uptime figure or offer an SLA?

No. There is no measured availability figure yet, so there is none to publish, and an invented one would contradict everything else on this site. The status page lists the services and their current state and says plainly that the state is declared by hand rather than measured. If a service level matters to you contractually, ask before subscribing rather than after.

What happens when a data source goes down?

Slots whose outcome cannot be retrieved are recorded as unknown and excluded from the hit rate — never counted as wrong. The share this represents is published month by month next to the rate, precisely so that an outage shows up as a hole in the coverage instead of a dent in the score.

Getting in touch

How do I get in touch?

support@edgemarket.co for anything about the product or an account, sales@edgemarket.co for commercial questions. There is also a form on the contact page. Corrections to published figures are welcome at either address.
