The states below are declared by hand and updated when something is noticed — which means the page can be wrong without being able to tell you so. Treat it as indicative. For data freshness, the register prints the timestamp of the snapshot it was built from, and that timestamp is measured.

Incident history and uptime
There is none to show, and that is the accurate answer rather than an empty timeline. We are not going to publish an incident history we did not keep, or an uptime percentage we have not measured. Both appear here the day they are real.
Something looks broken
If a service is misbehaving and this page still claims it is running, that is exactly the failure mode described above. Tell us and the page gets corrected.
